There isn’t a lot, to the naked eye, that’s extremely noteworthy about Skyway #2. Like #1, it’s separate from the main system, and so gets relatively little foot traffic. I would guess that the majority of pedestrians here are comprised of faculty and staff at McNally Smith College of Music (where I worked for a little over a year), coming and going from the Gallery Building’s parking ramp.
In October of 2011, the Church of Scientology opened a center in the Gallery Building, and although I’d been approached by a few black suits around that time on the street inviting me to begin my journey (or something), I haven’t seen any for quite some time, save for the few in the bookstore just inside the window ledge where I sat to draw Skyway #2:
