I ran the Securian 10k this morning, which starts and ends underneath Skyway #13. The route also went under #s 23, 26, 51, and over 41 in two spots. I’ll get to all those eventually — today I’m here to talk about you about Skyway #4.
#4 connects Town Square with the City Walk Condos. It’s been particularly useful to me, in that I drew #3 and #5 from inside this Skyway, but finding the right vantage point to capture an interesting view of #4 was something of a challenge. On the day that I was drawing #4, I met a resident of City Walk who let me into the parking ramp. Taking the elevator to the top floor of the ramp, I leaned over the edge of the railing to be able to look down onto the top of #4 and get this great view. I attribute the shakiness of my lines in the above drawing to both the single-digit temperatures and the height I was looking down from.
