Skyway #8 connects the Golden Rule Building and Metro Square. The latter is a low-rise Modernist glass building housing a smattering of Ramsey County offices. Its facade being relatively continuous, Metro Square also neatly reflects its surroundings, including the above Skyway. From certain angles, the Skyway appears twice as long as it is in reality — half existing in our space above Robert St. and the other half in the imagined, reflected space.
